Oliver offers, upon request of the Assignor and due to the overlapping of the management functions from finance and engineering perspective, a wider scope of the engineering-consulting services or the investment control over the construction project.

Upon agreement with the assignor, we could offer performance of the following range of activities:

  • Control, measurement and valuation of the construction works performed;
  • Approval of samples of the materials used into the construction works;
  • Works schedule monitoring;
  • Keeping of good order and appearance of the construction field.
